About Me
Christina Michael

I’m a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, accredited by the BABCP, and currently in advanced clinical training as a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist with the Association for Group and Individual Psychotherapy (AGIP), a UKCP-accredited organisation.
I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of presentations. This includes trauma, neurodiversity's such as ADHD, autism, and sensory processing differences, as well as various psychological difficulties across NHS and IAPT services. I have worked with a range of ages and diverse backgrounds with my work focus often being related to trauma and self-identity.
My Approach
My approach is pluralistic, relational, and person-centred. I adapt my therapeutic style to suit each individual client, with the aim of providing high-quality therapy that reflects your unique needs. I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where we can build a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship.
Together, we will explore your personal experiences and work through the challenges you are facing. The aim is to gain deeper understanding, foster resilience, and support meaningful, lasting change.
